My husband and I have been using the IGF-1 formula for over two months now. We are both in our 50's and have suffered from arthritis in different parts of our bodies. My husband has bad knees, shoulders and hips. He has not used his stretch knee braces since using this product and has not complained about his shoulders or hips. I have had back pain, weak ankles and sore shoulders in the past. Since using the IGF-1 formula I have been able to walk farther without my pain in my ankles and my back and shoulders have not hurt. I started using IGF-1 and EnergyPlus about a month ago. The results are worth writing about. I exercise three times a week on a NordiTrac machine when I get home from work. I used to dread doing the exercises before. I was so tired and drained after a hard day\'s work. But now, in the past few weeks, I have noticed that I come home still energized and ready to work out. If I were to choose one word to describe how I feel about MaxLife Research Weight Loss and IGF-1, it would be AWESOME! Yesterday made 10 full days of using both products and I am loving these products and what they have done for me--or, maybe I should say, taken away. With very little modification of my diet and no exercising, I have lost 7-8 pounds and can feel a difference in how my clothes fit, especially in the upper arms and legs; I can't pinch nearly as much around my waist and I am seeing a good decrease in thigh measurement and the look of cellulite--my hips feel firmer. The weight loss product "instantly" provides long lasting appetite control and a pleasant energy flow--no buzzy or jittery feeling. I have snacked much less and have not craved sweets. I have just naturally eaten less than usual--really neat! I have been using IGF 1 , Weight loss and Energy plus for two weeks. I have lost about 3kg (7 lbs) and are now less than 100 kg. It's been ages since I have been below 100 kg. I am 51 years old and have severe back problems. Due to the back problems I am not able to perform any kind of training. My diet has not been very good. Pizzas,hamburgers,beef with bernaise etc. The only reason I lost weight must be the Maxlife products. I am also using a lot of heavy painkillers and got problems sleeping. I decided to drink beer one night just to get some hours sleep. I overdid it and when I woke up at none I new I would have headache and a bad stomach. To my surprise I just felt OK. I am 100% sure that a side effect of using the Maxlife products is that they cure hangovers. Great. Even with my back problems I have been able to lay down new oak flooring in my house, done some painting and put up some wallpaper. My wife told me that whatever that stuff is I am going to have it to.
