Below are the terms and conditions for products ordered through the MaxlifeDirect Preferred Client Autoship Discount program.
1.) Recurring Preferred Client Autoship Product Order Terms: MaxlifeDirect will process your recurring Autoship order every 30 days from the date you initially purchased your first autoship order. The amount you will be charged will be the same amount of the autoship product package you initially purchased.
2.) Autoship Cancellation: You can cancel your MaxlifeDirect Preferred Client Autoship order at anytime by contacting our Customer Sevice department at least 2 days prior of the date which your next autoship product order will be processed.

*Note: Your autoship product order will be processed every 30 days from the initial date of your first autoship order.
3.) Autoship Return Policy: MaxlifeDirect is dedicated to 100% customer satisfaction for all product purchases. You can return your autoship product order for a full refund minus shipping costs by following the instructions below.
MaxlifeDirect will refund your Autoship product order minus shipping as per the following conditions. To return your MaxlifeDirect Introductory autoship product order you must first obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number).
To obtain your RMA number:

Once you have obtained your RMA number, You will then need to return your Autoship product order to the mailing address below. MaxlifeDirect will ONLY Refund Autoship product orders for unopened products. Be sure to write the RMA number on your returned package. MaxlifeDirect will not accept or issue a refund for any packages marked return to sender or refused that do not include a valid RMA number.
We will process your Refund within 7 days of receiving your returned product as per the conditions above.
